This week is all about relaxing your body and soul. Healthy food ,good workouts and yoga to get your mind and body recharged with good energy. Walks in the are, time at he beach and a jump in the pool as much as you like.

Program
Saturday arrival:
Check in after 3 pm. Calm afternoon to get used at the area and temperature.
Short get together with expanation of the week followed by dinner.
Sunday:
Wake up with a healthy smoothie. Walk in the area followed by the first yoga session. After this a healthy brunch. Relaxing afternoon by the pool or plan your own time. Evening yoga session followed by a dinner-
Monday:
Start with a vitamin smoothie. Pool yoga session. Healthy brunch buffet. Walk in the area and snack when we come back some time of before the evening yoga session. Diner and relax
Tuesday:
Smoothie wake up. Yoga session in one of our shady areas. Breakfast and possibility to go on a tour. Back in the afternoon welcome with healthy snack and fruit. Jump in the pool and get ready for yoga/meditation. Dinner an enjoy the evening.
Wednesday:
Lazy morning with a juice wake up followed by breakfast/brunch. day off do what you want or we can organize a site seeing with lunch at a local restaurant. Dinner and relaxing evening
Thursday:
Healthy start of the last day. Yoga around the pool. Brunch and some relaxation. afternoon snack and a walk in the area. Evening yoga session and a dinner
(maybe bbq dinner if everybody will enjoy this)
Friday:
Time to go check out after breakfast
