Health week program

Saturday arrival:

Check in after 3 pm. Calm afternoon to get used to the area

and temperature.

Short get together with explanation of the week followed by dinner.

​Sunday: 

Wake up with a healthy smoothie. Walk in the area followed by the first yoga session. After this a healthy brunch. Relaxing afternoon by the pool or plan your own time. Evening yoga session

followed by a dinner



Monday:

Start with a vitamin smoothie. Pool yoga session. Healthy brunch buffet. Walk in the area and snack when we come back some time off before the evening yoga session. Dinner and relax

Tuesday:​

Smoothie wake up. Yoga session in one of our shady areas. Breakfast. A food consultant will tell all about healthy food diets and will answer all your questions. Afternoon snack. Jump in the pool and get ready for yoga/meditation. Dinner and enjoy the evening.

 

Wednesday:

Lazy morning with a juice wake up followed by breakfast/brunch. day off do what you want or we can organize a site seeing with lunch at a local restaurant. Evening Yoga dinner and relaxing evening

Time to go

check out after breakfast
